The Wallflowers lead man Jakob Dylan has yet to live up to his daddy’s rep. Red Letter Days is the third attempt to break his group The Wallflowers out from the rock pack.
Great:
Nothing.
Average:
“When You’re On Top” – There is nothing here to write home about.
“Everybody Out Of The Water” – This track almost gets up enough nerve to break out of the pack.
“How Good It Can Get” – I wanted to really like this track, except that it is just plain average.
Below:
“Too Late To Quit” – Blah.
The Wallflowers have fallen into their spot of total rock mediocrity.
