According to E! Online David cook went on a date with Kimberly Caldwell. all we do is ask “Who gives a sh*t?” Apparently we do, or we think you will. Who knows. I guess we’re just as lame as everyone else. It appears that Cook went on to Regis and spilled the hookup.
