CORPORATE LINE: Season Four continues to follow the journey of a group of gay friends and lovers living in Pittsburgh. This critically acclaimed series brings with it mature stories about facing the challenges of same-sex parenting, discrimination, AIDS/HIV, cancer and morality.
THE SHOW: This season the sex is back. The demographic for this show is gay males and straight women and they watched originally because of the serious talk and the sex. It disappeared and so did some of the show’s ratings. It’s all back and so are the plots.
The plots are more realistic and finally some real crisis. This season the plots aren’t about someone getting upset as the storylines are aggressive in their pain almost to the point of feeling like the writers are being drama queens. It is interesting however because it is often these crisis’ that make us tune in to the following episode.
The fact that there is real tragedy in the fourth season will keep you thoroughly engage throughout the season.
DVD FEATURES: The extras aren’t really extra and so buy the DVD for the show and not the crummy bonus features.
FRANKLY: Fans of the show who dug the original nudity of the show will be happy this time around. The fourth season gets back to where the first season left off and fans will rejoice.
