Dubbed Lil Bow Wow by Snoop Dogg at the ripe age of six, he’s since gone on as a protg of super producer Jermaine Dupri. Dupri hopes “Bounce With Me” will get large like “Jump” did for his original hip hoppers, Kris Kross. But then comes the annoying and shameless ballad, “Puppy Love”. The problem is that after Kris Kross hit it big with that single, they disappeared from the face of the earth. Will the same fate apply to Lil Bow Wow? Only time will tell, but if this record is any indication, it’s likely.
