Die Another Day

Die Another Day
Cast: Pierce Brosnan
Studio: MGM
Rating: 7/10

The Film Studio Synopsis: James Bond returns with the twentieth installment in the super spy series of adventures. From Hong Kong to Cuba to London, Bond circles the world in his quest to unmask a traitor and prevent a catastrophic war. On his way, he crosses paths with Jinx (Berry) and Miranda Frost (Pike), who will play vital roles in the adventure.

The Good: The enemies of course want to rule the world and Bond has to save the day, but unlike the last three flicks Brosnan’s Die Another Die is entertaining. Brosnan is starting to look like he acts, cool. And then there is Halley Berry. Berry steals each scene she is in and gives the kick in the rear that Bond needed.

The Bad: There are some slow parts and the lines don’t always make you laugh. It’s inevitable that we continue to compare each Bond to Sean Connery after all he is the benchmark.

Frankly: Number twenty in the Bond series might give us a reason to want number twenty-one.
