We know Martin Lawrence is funny, but as for his latest big screen attempt, any movie can look fun when the best scenes are squished into the thirty-second commercial put together to promote it. In Big Mamma’a House, Martin plays an FBI agent sent to Georgia in chase of a escaped convict.
We find Lawrence being his funny self, but the movie has no guts. It’s all skeleton and little meat. The story is flat and seemed to be just a shameless setup for Lawrence’s comedic ventures. I’d love to go on and on, but there is nothing left to say. Just wait until it’s on HBO.
