Look: There is some turbulence. The planes for the most part look great, there are however some aspects that are a little shaky. The additional items on the planes look like they were thrown together. The models and replay will make you ask ‘why did they skimp on the other aspects?’ The navigation looks amazing its just too bad some other pieces of the puzzle pale.
Feel: The first thing that those who like to jump right into a game will realize is just how tough LSII is to play. Read the book, it helps a little. There is a steep curve here and it might take you ten hours just to figure out how to handle the controls of one plane. One plane, and think each plane handles differently. It’s much more realistic than its predecessor but I wonder if flying a real plane is as hard as this game. For some reason I doubt it. Does it need to be this difficult?
Hear: Good sound effects, horrible music.
Frankly: Too hard for its own good? If you fly your way through this I have to be honest and tell you that it’s not likely you’ll try it again.
