The Bloodhound Gang – Hefty Fine

The Bloodhound Gang
Artist: The Bloodhound Gang
Title: Hefty Fine
Label: Geffen
Rating: 0/10

FILE UNDER: The Worst Album of the 21st Century.

CORPORATE LINE: Bloodhound Gang just doesn’t give a damn. That is to say, collectively, their music reflects the motto, which is printed in every album, “No reason to live, but we like it that way.” Their music is asinine, appealing to the basest of juvenile instincts. They are lewd, vile, and degenerate. Through their lyrics they manage to offend everyone: they are culturally insensitive, totally politically incorrect, anti-social, ignorant, nasty, sullied, sordid. They even attack their own ilk. They have no greater aspirations and have no intentions of evolving into a better band. They hate their fans, and their fans hate them.

THE GREAT:
Stinks.

THE AVERAGE:
Bad.

THE BAD:
“Balls Out” – The irony they try to diss but sound like sh*t.
“Foxtrot Uniform Charlie Kilo” – First off, the Bloodhound Gang sing those exact words for the chorus. They are completely meaningless. And if they mean something I’m glad that that their two fans know what it means. This music is idiotic and senseless.
“Farting With A Walkman On” – These guys must have been high when they wrote this song. I can see a bunch of guys in the studio laughing their heads of going ‘yeah, yeah, this is funny. Everyone is going to love this!’ Guess what, the joke is on you.
“Diarrhea Runs In The Family” – Is this an episode of Jackass? Idiots.

FRANKLY: Bloodhound Gang’s Hefty Fine is garbage. We’ve had kids send us songs trying to get signed that were better than the songs on this album. Hefty Fine is unfunny, horrific, lame, and often laughable. We’d sum it up as pathetic. This album was so bad I didn’t even think of giving it to someone. Instead I threw it straight into the trash. Now it’s just another piece of crap screwing our environment.
