With an album title like Hempin’ Ain’t Easy, it isn’t hard to imagine the lyrical content. B-Legit has a style that reminds me a lot of Too Short, and I have the feeling he’s heard that a few times.

The vocal style is all B-Legit has to compare to Too Short. Too Short may have rhymed blue, but it’s still better than this. I’ve always felt that rappers had guests either because they could or because they needed to make up for lacking skills. In B-Legit’s case, I think it’s the latter.
