The long of it:
“Union” – Interesting.
“Women Got My Money” – Good hook, not what I expected.
“Blue Diamonds” – Lovely.
“Too Much” – A different spin.

The short of it:
“Welcome To My Party” – Title track misses the boat.
“People Of My Village” – Techno? Come on.

Everything else:
“Weave” – Too much of an average thing.
“Sweet Mary” – Overdramatic.

Funny thing is that Welcome to My Party is seemingly by edited Rusted Root. The songs almost all fall around four minutes. Can you say radio friendly? The songs are shorter and more concise, but that does mean they are better. Some fit, some could have used the more lengthy version we’d normally be used to.
