Bitch And Animal are a New York City duo that fly in the face of mainstream feel-good boy/girl pop.
The in-your-face “Best Cock On The Block” is nothing less than a sexual invitation that rolls into the slowly tortured “Traffic”. Some of the album sounds poorly produced, surprising for an Ani Difranco production, and the instruments occasionally miss a beat or maybe they just don’t care. Some of the tracks sound like they were recorded in a tunnel or in someone’s living room. The atmosphere just seems lost. One funny track is “Ganja”, about Jesus getting high based upon the classic melody “Angels We Have Heard On High”.
“Boy Girl Wonder” is a track about a person who can’t figure out what they want or who they want to sleep with. The entire album is a tribute to the female body, and we’re not talking about toes here. There is no avenue they won’t walk on. Eternally Hard pushes you to think about sex and everything else.
