What would it sound like if the Spice Girls released a Christmas album? Well, now you can find out. Point Of Grace reminds me a whole lot of the spicy ones, but they’re no cheap imitation. Surprisingly, they’ve been around for a long time. Their voices are fabulous and the overall sound of the album is wonderful. The harmonies are like big fluffy snowflakes.
For the most part, this album is great Christmas fun. Only rarely was I forwarding to the next song. The newer songs aren’t as good as the old standards, but are saved by the group’s fantastic vocals. It’s easy to admit that this is one nice holiday record.
