Tidal Waves:
“How Strong” – Nicholls voice has a lot of character and with a good melody it goes another step further.
“Ruby” – A lovely little gem.
“Won’t Get Lost In You”
“Breath” – One of the few livelier songs.

Wake:
“Faith” and “Bread And Water” – Enough sentiment, not nearly enough in the middle.
“Maze” – Although it is lovely the song gets tiresome.

The tracks that Glen Ballard (Alanis) produced outshine all others. It’s a shame that he didn’t produce this album from beginning to end. Although Waves bring a few good tracks it is filled to the gills with tracks that sound rather mediocre. Nothing bad, nothing great, just a lot of tracks sitting on the bubble.
