Mogwai has released a delicious and eponymous ep called My Father My King. The track is over twenty minutes and goes from booming to a simple trickle.

Mogwai has always given us tracks that voyage into all points of the world. They are modern day composers, yet they don’t seem to get the credit or the coverage they deserve. “My Father My King” starts like a drizzling rain and churns into a modest and then a mammoth storm. It brews and brews like any good piece of music that never loses its composure.
