THE GREAT:
“Looks Like They Were Right” – An overdone style that usually leaves you yawning yet Lit still make you tap your toes and singing alone.
“Pictures Of You” – This cover song should have been on a soundtrack not on a full release. I will admit however that it almost saves the record.
THE AVERAGE:
“Forever Begins Right Now” – Lit doing the Beach Boys? It fits like a nice Hawaiian flower print. Actually, Lit should try a few more of these songs—when they get it right they may have a big hit.
“Moonshine”
“Too Fast For A U-Turn” – Good energy too bad it doesn’t overcome the tired lyrics.
“Times Like This” – Lit is at their best when they aren’t balladeers.
THE BAD:
“Needle & Thread” – Is this Lit or Poison?
“Throwaway” – yes, please “throwaway” this song.
“Allright” – God awful.
FRANKLY: Lit has always been a tweener: somewhere between good and forgettable. They’ve never had a monster hit and yet still have hung around longer than most bands that do. To bad this is the end of the road.
