Juvenile set off the Cash Money carriage ride that has been nothing but a gold rush. Cash Money is looking for more platinum records so they can pile more green in the vaults. Will Project English help out the savings account?
Well, Mannie Fresh does his best to make his mark, but Juvenile doesn’t seem to grow at all on this release. There are songs that seemed a certainty, like “H.B. Headbusta”, which is obviously about beat downs. “Momma Got Ass” is by far Juvenile’s lowest point. However, there are highs, like “Intro – Let’s Roll” and “Get Your Hustle On”.
For an album called Project English it seems the only English words Juvenile knows are of the four letter nature. Juvenile needs to find some new ground to cover because he’s paved these roads before and now he’s just going backwards on the same old streets.
