CORPORATE LINE: With an appealing blend of luck, pluck and sheer musical talent, 20 year- old troubadour Tyler Hilton has launched a career that promises to take this gifted Palm Springs, California native all the way.
THE GREAT:
Nothing.
THE AVERAGE:
“Rollin’ Home” – Country? Folk? It’s okay either way.
“When It Comes” – A cutesy track that will have the teeny-boppers swooning.
“Glad” – Ripped from Oasis.
“Kiss On Me” – Hilton tries to make himself sound serious—but its hard to be interested.
THE BAD:
“Insomnia” – The worst ballad of the year.
FRANKLY: Tyler Hilton will get a lot of love from the girls who read Teen People and YM but no one else is going to care. Hilton is a throwaway pop singer who knows some guitar chords. He won’t fool you into believing he’s the next Dylan or Sting.
