Star Wars: Episode One Jedi Power Battles

Star Wars: Episode One Jedi Power Battles
Game: Star Wars: Episode One Jedi Power Battles
Platform: Playstation
Studio: Lucas Arts
Rating: 2.5/10

The opening seems pretty cool. You can’t beat being able to control different Jedi Masters: Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Adi Gallia, Plo Koon, and Mace Windu.

Look: I plugged in, and what started out as a cool mold of the Jedi Masters quickly became a mess. The backgrounds are rotten, and everything that looks nasty as one player is exaggerated with two.

Feel: The idea is to kill things, right? It gets quite annoying when your goal grows harder because the game gets in your way. If swinging that light saber isn’t problem enough, jumping is almost a nightmare. I couldn’t figure out what was going on. I had no feel on how far to jump, how high, nothing. Grrr.

Hear: You can’t go wrong with the original soundtrack.

Finally: Where was the force when this game was made?
