Lil Wayne is set to release a new album in the coming months according to Bryan ‘Birdman’ Williams, who runs Young Money Cash Money Records.

Williams has said that the record, which is set to be titled ‘I Am Not A Human Being 2′, will definitely come out before the summer, but has no confirmed release date as yet.

Williams told Complex Magazine: “Wayne’s got an album he’s about to drop real soon. Its called ‘I Am Not A Human Being 2′. It’s going to be before the summer for sure. We haven’t picked the date yet.”

Grand Central Publishing has announced that the company will publish Gone Till November, a compilation of the rapper’s diaries that he kept during his eight months spent in 2010 on Rikers Island on a gun charge.

Gone Till November will offer a firsthand account of Lil Wayne’s experience in prison.

“We are thrilled to be publishing Wayne’s prison memoir,” said Ben Greenberg, executive editor at Grand Central Publishing. “He kept detailed journals of his inner and outer life while he was on Rikers Island, and they certainly tell a story. They are revealing.”

In the video below, Lil Wayne reveals his confidence about this line. “It will be the best clothing line ever,” he stated. Wayne’s line features bold graphic Tees, hats, and skateboards, obviously, all at a “moderate price point.”

The skateboard apparel collection is scheduled to debut in New York City at the end of January. The skateboarding culture is about to be injected with a new fierce rapping attitude.

The ‘Gossip Girl’ star revealed her latest collaboration to MTV News before performing at the new American Eagle store in Times Square on Tuesday night, where she sang a medley of cuts off her yet-untitled album, including a remix of the Cobra Starship track.

“I met [futureusgalleryWayne] a few months ago, and he’s honestly — I don’t even know if he’ll want people to know that he’s incredibly polite and respectful,” she said about the hip-hop wunderkind, with whom she actually presented the award for Best Song From a Movie at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards. “He’s so talented and very funny. And really optimistic, and super supportive of me, which I’ve really, really appreciated so much.”

It seems that since their meeting a few months back, Wayne’s been a fan of Blair Waldorf’s budding discography — and even picked which track he’d be featured on. “I sent him a couple of my songs,” she said. “He’s been diggin’ on them for a while. Then he heard , and he was like, ‘All right, I’m gonna kill it!’ “

While many musical partnerships can be conducted without both artists being in the studio together, Meester and Weezy got some face time during the song’s recording — a feat for any artist, considering Wayne’s notorious nocturnal office hours.

“It was like, literally, 4 o’clock in the morning,” Meester said of the time she showed up at the studio to watch Wayne work himself into her song. “He was so sick — he didn’t even write anything down. He just, like, vibed to the music and dances. I don’t even know how he does it; he’s amazing.”

This proves the music world is a complete mess–either that or music fans have lost their sense of sound. We panned the album but Entertainment Weekly is saying this might be the biggest debut of the year. How does a shitty album like that even have a chance?

Since the release of his last CD, the platinum selling “Tha Cater II,” Lil Wayne has guest appearances on over 70 songs for other artists including Fat Joe’s 2008 Grammy nominated single “Make It Rain,” DJ Khaled’s “We Taking Over,” and Wyclef Jeans’ “Sweetest Girl.” He also released a duet CD with Bryan “Birdman” Williams titled Like Father, Like Son in 2006 which was a critical and commercial success.

The hits:
“Lollipop” – The only song where Wayne lets his unique style loose. It’s a hit but that doesn’t mean its great. It’s dance club worthy but not winning any awards. In a few weeks it’ll be completely forgotten.

The rest:
“3 Peat” – What is Wayne doing? He sounds like he’s straining to kick out a rhyme like he’s sitting on the toilet.
“Mr. Carter” – Wayne must have skinny man disease–he always seems to have to prove he’s a bad ass. We’re only two tracks in and already its a self-love fest.
“Got Money” – Wayne is trying way too hard and gets nowhere. I’m sure he thinks he’s getting far.
“Phone Home” – Apparently Wayne watched E.T. and figured out what he would do if he was a long necked alien… he’d rap like he had no talent. This is the worst song Wayne has ever made.
“Shoot Me Down” – I spoke too soon. This is the worst Wayne song ever. The chorus is horrible. The rhymes are even worse: “I sweat money and the bank is my shower.” Enough said.
“La La” – Okay, not enough said. This tops both of the worst songs ever.

Finally:
Lil’ Wayne was supposed to be the next Eazy-E.. He had a voice that was unique and a tight flow. There is a big difference between Eazy and Wayne: one is a legend the other is a wanna-be. Wayne has squandered his talent worrying too much about telling us how great he is but never being great. He’s run away from his unqiue voice. Lil’ Wayne isn’t getting better–he’s fallen from cult hero to mainstream hack.
