Gaga has leaked news about the tour on Twitter, including the unveiling of a bizarre poster that portrays the ball as a campy, medieval-meets-the-80′s kingdom. See above.

Also on Feb. 7 Gaga unveiled a sketch of what the star calls ‘The Monster Pit,’ a general admission area she says “Little Monsters unlock it when they arrive to the arena or stadium.” That area is reserved for fans “who have arrived first, waited all night, + dressed to ‘Ball.’”

The tour’s first leg will hit Southeast Asia and Japan through early June, encompassing 15 shows at stadiums and arenas. Gaga will then play about 15 shows in Australia, ending in July. Beyond that, current plans call for her to tour Europe in August, followed by Latin America towards the end of the year, and then North America in Q1 2013, beginning in January and running into March.

“The ‘Born This Way Ball’ will perform 110 shows around the world,” she announced on Wednesday afternoon.

“The last tour established her as a major act worldwide and I believe this tour will be an extension of that, particularly considering we’re going to territories she’s never been in, like Southeast Asia and Latin America,” Fogel told Billboard.

It’s the latest installment in the “You & I” fashion series, which previously featured Gaga as a mermaid.

Gaga joined Sugarland to sing a country take on the song at the Grammy nominations concert last year. The track is up for Best Pop Solo Performance at this Sunday’s Grammy Awards, with Gaga’s “Born This Way” in the running for Album of the Year.

Gaga has used the web to boost her worldwide appeal and has become the first celebrity to register 18 million followers on Twitter.com. Now Lady Gaga is utilizing her technology skills by founding her very own networking site for her devotees, who the star has branded her ‘little monsters’.

The site, called littlemonsters.com, and is currently being set up, and the webpage invites fans to register with their email address.

A reply from the site reads, “Your invitation request has been received! We’re excited to share the world of LittleMonsters with you very shortly, keep an eye out for an official invite sometime soon.”

Madonna said: “I thought, ‘What a wonderful way to redo my song,’” she told the magazine for a profile set to run on Jan. 30. “I mean, I recognized the chord changes. I thought it was… interesting.”

Madonna also talked Gaga in an interview for “The Graham Norton Show” set to air on the BBC Friday.

“When I first saw her [futureusgalleryGaga] I was really impressed by her and she was cool. She did remind me of me back in the day,” she said. “I do think she is very talented.”

As previously reported, Madonna’s next album, “M.D.N.A.,” is expected in March.

TMZ claim that the Lady Gaga is being sued for $380,000 by ex-employee Jennifer O’Neil, who says she is owed payment for 7,168 hours of overtime.

O’Neil alleges that she was responsible for “ensuring the promptness of a towel following a shower and serving as a personal alarm clock” for Lady Gaga.

She also claims that Gaga expected her to be at her service from the “earliest waking hour” and wanted her duties to extend to “stadiums, private jets, fine hotel suites, yachts, ferries, trains and tour buses”. O’Neil alleges that the schedule meant that she was unable to take breaks “or even at times sleep”.

However, a representative for Lady Gaga has refuted O’Neil’s allegations and insisted they are “completely without merit”.
