Adele will join Jason Aldean, Kelly Clarkson, Glen Campbell, The Band Perry, Blake Shelton, Coldplay, Rihanna, Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars, Paul McCartney, Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift as performers. LL Cool J is signed on to host.

Earlier today (Jan. 31), Adele tweeted about her upcoming performance. “Ima be, Ima be singing at the Grammys. It’s been so long I started to forget I was a singer! I can’t wait, speak soon xx,” she wrote.

The Grammy Awards take place at the Staples Center in L.A. and air on Feb. 12 from 8-11:30 p.m. (ET/PT) on CBS.

Coldplay, which scored its third No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 when “Mylo Xyloto” was released last October, is up for three Grammys this year, including Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song for “Every Teardrop is a Waterfall.” Meanwhile, Rihanna — whose single “We Found Love” just spent its 10th week atop the Hot 100 — is nominated for four awards, including Album of the Year for her 2010 offering “Loud.”

McCartney’s Grammy performance will come less than a week after the Feb. 7 release of his latest studio album, “Kisses On The Bottom,” which reinterprets classic songs that inspired the former Beatle’s songwriting.

Foo Fighters and Bruno Mars are nominated for six awards apiece, just behind Kanye West in overall nominations. Both acts are nominated for Album of the Year, among other major awards. Minaj is up for four awards including Best New Artist, while Aldean and Swift are nominated for three awards each in country music categories. Clarkson shares two nominations with Aldean for their duet “Don’t You Wanna Stay,” which the two will perform together on the broadcast.
