Ok RT @MyBestAssets: @50cent Lets bet. If the Giants lose the Superbowl, u must post ur d*ck on the twitter. If … m.tmi.me/kXXrI

The rapper quickly agreed but said that @MyBestAssets must post photo of both her “boobs and face” if the Giants win.

Will 50 Cent really tweet nude photos of himself if his team loses? Guess we’ll have to wait and see.

That’s a great start. If I were 50 Cent here is what I’d do: Release a new song every month and sell through your own website promoted through Facebook and Twitter. 50 Cent should sell every song for 50 cents. Seriously.

It is amazingly cheap to build an online store to sell. The technology investment for building a site would be made back in hours.

50, please don’t give your songs away for free. It sets a bad precident for all other artists who are trying to make it. You have money, so its easy to do things for free to take a potential lose now for a future gain on touring and merchandise. But new artists don’t have such luxuries. There is value to your music, so make money selling it. You’ll actually help music. Newspapers give news away for free and look at the situation they are in.

Here is the MATH: If only 10% of 50′s Facebook fans bought the song every month. 50 would GROSS nearly $2 MILLION a month. The costs to sell one million downloads are small. Using something like Amazon S3 he’d pay less than $1000 in download fees. [futureusgalleryRough math: 1M songs X ~5MB = ~5000GB x .12 = $600.

Even if 50 used Amazon, he’d make more money than the percentage he gets from his record label.

Regardless, the days of need a record label are over. When you have so many fans on Facebook and Twitter you no longer need a machine to hype you. You have the keys to all the publicity you need with one wall post or tweet. And how many more people is there to find than the 18.5M he has on his Facebook page now? Do it yourself 50. And if you need any help…

He tweeted: “Music was so much fun for me, now the people and politics involved disgust me.”

50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, is refusing to promote any new releases for the company. “I’m not doing any press for this album. My music speaks for itself,” he said.

“I have lost all the faith in the team I’m on.”

Tweeting about his new music, Jackson said: “My next album is great. It’s [futureusgallerya] shame the hardest people to work with were supposed to be on the same team with me.”

“I having nothing left to say. I will not be promoting my music.”

Last week, 50 Cent publicly addressed Interscope boss Jimmy Iovine directly, threatening to release more music for free unless the label executive contacted him.

The rapper said:”Ok I need a record deal Jimmy Iovine, call me early tomorrow or I’m putting out another mix tape.”

Jackson later appealed for a new record deal on his official Twitter page.

“Anybody want to sign me I’m a young hungry artist and I work harder then everybody in hiphop call me tomorrow,” he said.

We think 50 Cent should just sell his records on his own… read our piece now!

50 Cent knows hard times. So in these difficult economic days, the artist who debuted with Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ is giving something back to his fans by adding a free DVD of a full-length original movie to his fourth major label album, Before I Self Destruct (Shady/Aftermath/Interscope), releasing early 2009.

The album move comes as 50 Cent was rushing to get his album finished for a December release, however it is not complete. With the deadline to secure advertising and retail placement for the album imminent, he decided to move to a date in early 2009.

Written, directed and starring Curtis Jackson (aka 50 Cent), the gritty 90-minute film, also titled Before I Self Destruct, is a coming of age story about an inner city youth raised by a hardworking single mother. When his dream of becoming a basketball player fails to materialize, he finds himself employed in a supermarket. After his mother is tragically gunned down, Clarence (played by Jackson) is consumed by revenge and takes up a life of crime in order to support his younger brother.

“Times are hard” stated 50 Cent. “Everyone is trying to make the most of what they have. I want to give my fans something extra for their hard earned dollars. They’ll get a free bonus when they pick up the album.”

But there’s even more that 50 Cent is offering free for fans of hip-hop. For a limited time, the Before I Self Destruct deluxe package will also include a second DVD featuring “Two Turntables And A Microphone: The Life And Death Of Jam Master Jay,” a documentary about 50 Cent’s late mentor and friend. Hip-hop pioneer Jam Master Jay of Run-DMC gave 50 Cent his first big break in music by signing him to JMJ Records in the late 1990s. In fact, 50’s first official recording was an appearance on a 1998 JMJ-produced Onyx album. Jay also produced 50 Cent’s first, though unreleased, album. 50 Cent executive produced the documentary and appears in the 85-minute film, along with Rev Run, Russell Simmons, Jay-Z, and others.

For the explosive Before I Self Destruct, 50 Cent returned to working closely with Dr. Dre and Eminem as he did on Get Rich Or Die Tryin’, his first official album. With Dr. Dre and Eminem each producing and guesting on tracks, and led by the club-friendly first single, “Get Up,” produced by Scott Storch, Before I Self Destruct is darker and harder than last year’s Curtis.

Before I Self Destruct, both album and film, continues 50 Cent’s phenomenal rise from street culture hero to superstardom.

50 Cent exploded onto the music scene with his blockbuster debut Get Rich Or Die Tryin’. Now he’s set to deliver his fourth major label album, Before I Self Destruct (Shady/Aftermath/Interscope), on December 9, 2008.

For the explosive Before I Self Destruct, 50 Cent returned to working closely with Dr. Dre and Eminem as he did on his first album. But Before I Self Destruct is more than an album. The package also includes a DVD with an original, gritty, feature-length movie he wrote, directed and starred in. 50 Cent proves with Before I Self Destruct that no one on the hip-hop scene is more aggressive about putting the street on stage.

With Dr. Dre and Eminem each producing and guesting on tracks, and led by the club-friendly first single, “Get Up,” produced by Scott Storch, Before I Self Destruct is darker and harder than last year’s Curtis. 50 Cent wrote much of the album while he, as Curtis Jackson, was also penning the 90-minute film of the same name that would be his directorial debut.

The film Before I Self Destruct is a coming of age story about an inner city youth raised by a hardworking single mother. When his dream of becoming a basketball player fails to materialize, he finds himself employed in a supermarket. After his mother is tragically gunned down, Clarence (played by Jackson) is consumed by revenge and takes up a life of crime in order to support his younger brother.

“My film captures the harsh realities that reflect so many communities today. There will be some who will greatly identify with the characters and the situations presented and then there will be others who may be shocked at the struggles that go on in the inner city,” states 50 Cent. “I made the film for both groups.”

Before I Self Destruct, both album and film, continues 50 Cent’s phenomenal rise from street culture hero to superstardom. 2003’s Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ sold 872,000 units in the first four days of its release, making it the fastest-selling debut disc in the SoundScan era (since 1991). The #1 Pop, #1 R&B/Hip-hop album was the biggest seller of 2003 and has sold more than 12 million copies worldwide.

2005’s The Massacre, again #1 Pop, #1 R&B/Hip-hop, was the second biggest-selling album of that year and has sold more than nine million copies worldwide. With the album’s “Candy Shop,” “Disco Inferno” and “How We Do,” 50 Cent became the first solo artist in Billboard history to have three singles in the Top 5 in the same week.

2007’s Curtis reached #2 Pop and #2 R&B/Hip-hop, selling more than five million copies worldwide. Three tracks reached the Top 40 of the Hot 100: “I Get Money,” “Ayo Technology” and “Straight To The Bank.” Time magazine named “I Get Money” one of “The 10 Best Songs of 2007.”

Thanks to Curtis, 50 Cent was honored as the year’s Best-Selling Hip-hop Artist at the 2007 World Music Awards. His music career has also been marked by an impressive 13 Grammy nominations, from Best New Artist to Best Rap Album.

In addition to his record label, G-Unit Records, 50 Cent has enjoyed enormous global success across a vast array of entrepreneurial ventures, including videogames, books, clothing, footwear, beverages, personal care products, automotive and more. He has also starred in a handful of films, including 2005’s semi-autobiographical Get Rich Or Die Tryin’, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro’s Righteous Kill and now Before I Self Destruct.
