The Good:
“The Life” – Ja Rule springs back to life with this rugged dose of thug love.
The Average:
“Clap Back” – An anthem of average proportions.
“Blood In My Eye” – Ja is still trying to prove he’s tops.
“Things Goin’ Change” – Ja Rule takes shots at Dre and Eminem but it doesn’t have to make me believe that things are going to change. Eminem took round one and it looks like round two.
The Ugly:
“N****s & B****s” – Is there a worse song?
Frankly: Ja Rule still has the voice of broken glass but his love for the hook still clouds his vision for what really counts – the rhymes.
