Columbia Nashville’s Jessica Simpson was spotted on Music Row last week during the CMA Music Festival. She has been in town putting the final touches on her highly anticipated debut country album, due out early this fall. Produced by John Shanks and Brett James, Simpson’s lead-off single, “Come On Over,” is already a Top 40 hit on the country singles chart and rapidly climbing.
